Cleckheaton Group Practice are very pleased to have been awarded a GOLD Pride in Practice Award in 2020.
Pride in Practice is a quality assurance and social prescribing programme that strengthens and develops Primary Care relationships with their lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans patients.
As a Practice we are committed to improving access and services for our LGBT patients.
We would be very keen to hear your views on how you find our services and any areas that you feel that we could improve on. We would welcome your participation in our Patient Participation Group that meets quarterly and makes a valuable contribution towards developing our services and supporting the Practice.
We have updated our 'change of details' forms to collect information on sexual orientation, gender identity (including non binary) and trans status. If you would like to update your details, please take a form from Reception and return it to Reception or your clinician.
We would like to develop this section of the website to provide a number of resources that patients may find useful. We would very much value your contribution to let us know what resources would be helpful.
