CARERS COUNT
Carers Count is a 'One Stop Shop' for unpaid carers in Kirklees who give their time and energy to look after a family member or friend who may need support due to disability or illness.
They can offer you:
- Single point of contact.
- Provide quality information and advice including benefits.
- Support with carers assessments.
- Running groups, activities and training.
- Help you have your say and make sure you are heard.
- Involve you in how their service runs.
